What you will do in an average week? - Take on full 'end to end' store accountability for driving sales, building customer relationships, managing store KPI’s and promotions and ensuring merchandising standards are at a superior level
- Influence, motivate and inspire your ‘high performing’ team to deliver an exceptional retail experience and service to customers that will ensure they keep coming back, every time
- Use your solid retail skills to ensure the fundamentals are exceptionally executed, including full stock on shelf, cleanliness, customer service, VM, inventory management and loss prevention
- Communicate effectively and positively with your talented store team to execute change initiatives and implement new ideas (whether yours or that of your team)
- Be a valued brand ambassador and the ‘face’ of your store
- Develop relationships in the local community and build on the untapped commercial sales opportunities
Here’s what it will take: - You are recognised as a talented and experienced ‘big box/large format’ Store Manager (or level above) where you have led and inspired large teams and high-volume stores to success
- Have demonstrated success and passion for engaging and developing a team of high performers
- You have well-honed operational skills across inventory planning and management, as well as shrewd financial control.
- You drive sales with an upbeat approach and have a natural ability to engage
